Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dot3D, an e-commerce 3D asset production service operated by AiLaiLe Technology Limited (“AiLaiLe”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Dot3D lets users upload product photographs, request AI-assisted 3D asset generation, review and edit generated assets, manage workspace members, and export or embed supported assets. Features, limits, supported formats, model providers and availability may change as the service evolves. We will not materially reduce a paid feature during a billing period without providing a reasonable remedy where required by law.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your place of residence. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. You may not create an account for a child under 18 or use another person’s account without permission. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting members and for activity performed through their workspace.

3. Workspaces and members

A workspace is the shared area in which models, source images, metadata, credits and billing records are managed. Workspace members may access shared assets and credits according to the permissions available in the product. The owner may remove members. You must only invite people who have authorised you to share access with them.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Available plans, prices, included credits and feature limits are shown on the pricing or billing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or, where a future Shopify App integration applies, Shopify Billing. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Credits are usage units for Dot3D generation and are not money, deposits, securities or transferable property. They have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred. Credit allocation, usage, renewal, expiry and any rollover rules are those shown in the applicable plan or billing page. A failed, cancelled or reversed payment may suspend paid features and may prevent new generation requests.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise. 5. Your content

You retain your rights in photographs, text and other materials that you upload (“User Content”). You grant AiLaiLe a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, transform, transmit and process User Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, debug and improve Dot3D, including sending requested inputs to the selected model-generation provider.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content or generated model output. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions and consents needed to upload the content and use the output commercially. Do not upload confidential personal data, biometric data, payment data, trade secrets or third-party content unless you have a lawful basis and permission.

6. AI-generated output

AI-generated models are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique or unsuitable for production, engineering, safety, accessibility or legal use. You must review every output before publishing, manufacturing, selling or relying on it. We do not guarantee that an output is original, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose. You may not represent AI-generated output as professionally certified or technically precise when it is not.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Dot3D to upload or process unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful or malicious content; violate privacy or publicity rights; evade security controls; reverse engineer or overload the service; upload malware; attempt unauthorised access; or use generated content to facilitate fraud, unsafe products or unlawful activity. We may suspend or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.

8. Intellectual property

Dot3D, its software, interface, branding, documentation and service technology are owned by AiLaiLe or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no licence is granted. Feedback may be used by us without restriction, provided it does not identify you or disclose your confidential information.

9. Third-party services

Dot3D relies on third-party infrastructure and providers, including Supabase, Vercel, Fly.io, Tripo, Stripe, email delivery providers and error-monitoring providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies, but we will take reasonable steps to protect integrations and handle failures.

10. Availability and disclaimers

Dot3D is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time, a particular model quality, permanent compatibility with every browser or device, or that every export will work in every storefront theme.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiLaiLe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or HKD 1,000, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Dot3D at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, non-payment, security risk or legal obligation. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Workspace deletion and data-export controls are described in the Privacy Policy and Settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. If a change materially affects paid users, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact:
